Agrointegracja is a Polish company established in 2017 on the basis of two thriving agricultural consulting companies operating mainly in the Greater Poland region. It operates in the heart of Polish agriculture, which is characterized by the highest agricultural culture, intensity, and efficiency in Poland, while maintaining environmental balance and multigenerational traditions.
The main goal of the company is to integrate agricultural communities, including by establishing and running producer groups. Currently, it provides comprehensive services to over 70 groups of producers of pigs, beef cattle, milk, sugar beets, cereals, and rapeseed in seven provinces. This service includes, among other things, full coordination of the process of establishing producer groups, legal advice, and technological consulting in agricultural production, including the selection of the best technologies, innovations, and solutions conducive to environmental protection.

Among the technologies promoted by Agrointegracja are sustainable agriculture 3.0 with precision technologies in plant production, including carbon farming, strip -till using the innovative Futter Nova intercrop mixture (a mixture of grasses and legumes), and the practical implementation of sustainable agriculture 4.0 using AI. An example of this is the new piggery that is being launched.
One of the newer projects is the development of organic farming and antibiotic-free fattening in both cattle and pig production, which is being joined by more and more members of producer groups.
Agrointegracja supports and integrates the producer groups it works with by offering purchasing and sales intermediation. This improves the negotiating position of farmers, which translates into lower purchase prices for production inputs and higher purchase prices. This is particularly important in the face of growing competition on the domestic and international markets.
Agrointegracja also actively supports the reconstruction of the pork sector. On its initiative, a piglet price algorithm has been developed to minimize price volatility in transactions between long-term piglet producers and fattening farms. The effectiveness of the algorithm is confirmed by the growing number of farms using it and the interest shown in it by Danish producers.
Agrointegracja’s latest project is the launch of its own store, which sells organic products and antibiotic- and GMO-free meat from farmers in cooperating producer groups.
